Spent our time here lovely. All the personnel was efficient. The room was nicely decorated with fantastic bathroom, kitchen, for instance, had a good night's sleep. A coffeemaker and fridges worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed staying 2 nights here...

The location of this place is fantastic, just next to a wonderful mall.

The double room was neat, it had a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious.

We stayed in tidy, modern rooms with convenient amenities like an electric kettle and a fridge, the cozy bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fairly clean, and the staff provided excellent service with a friendly attitude.

Located conveniently close to Melrose Arch, this hotel boasts friendly and hospitable staff. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated with facilities for self-catering. Enjoy a peaceful sleep on their comfortable lounge couches that make up for less-than-ideal beds. The hotel has great service, offers a simple, yet sufficient breakfast, and the receptionist, Yokai, is helpful and accommodating.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check out 90 minutes later as my daughter was still at work. The location was perfect, as it was extremely close to a shopping mall and several restaurants. The hotel facilities were fantastic, particularly the spacious and well-decorated rooms which were fully equipped for self-catering. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I felt safe with the 24-hour reception and gate guard.

The staff at Villa Moyal were incredibly understanding and helpful when we struggled to find the hotel. They went above and beyond to assist us and ensure we arrived safely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

During my Xmas vacation, I stayed at an accommodation that had two impressive features. the rooms were cozy and had high-quality linen. the location was excellent as it was close to many eating places and shops. the staff was friendly and helped us with different requests during our stay.

There were some drawbacks to my experience. the basin in the bathroom was not secure and the hand soap kept falling behind it.
